Awarded: adojo is Among the TOP Employers in the SME Sector 2018

For the first time, Focus Business magazine has awarded the best medium-sized employers in the DACH region. In the field of Media, Marketing, and PR, adojo secured a place in the TOP 30 of the entire DACH region. Within Bavaria, we even positioned ourselves among the TOP 10 in this industry. This makes adojo one of the most popular employers in the SME sector. To compile the ranking, Focus Business worked closely with the rating platform Kununu and the market research company Media Market Insights. The result: a ranking of 1,300 medium-sized companies from 17 different industries.  

Employees Have Decided: 324,000 Reviews Were Considered

Focus Business used various criteria to determine the best employers in the SME sector. The requirements: the company employs between 11 and 500 employees, is based in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland, and has a Kununu rating of at least three with a minimum number of reviews. The result was 13,000 data sets with 324,000 reviews from employees. For the final ranking, the number of companies was further limited: only companies with a Kununu rating of 4.15 or better were included in the ranking – adojo easily surpassed this with a rating of 4.63 (as of December 2017)! The overall ranking is based on a point value that considers both the rating score and the number of reviews.
